Estate Planning and Probate Administration

We also help our clients properly distribute inheritance, as is necessary. We assist our clients by explaining the areas of law concerning estates, probate and guardianship. These goals can be accomplished by the preparation or drafting of Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorneys, Health Care Surrogates, Living Wills, and Designations of Preneed Guardians, and by representing clients in probate administration and the appointment of guardians for loved ones.
